The resort’s resident nutritionist Navil Lorenzana is instrumental in the creation of solviva’s dining menu, which has offerings that accommodate all diet types, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan. The beverage menu, curated by Alicia Ajolo, Terranea’s Wine Director & Certified Sommelier, features a large selection of organic, biodynamic, and sustainable libations from wineries, breweries, and other purveyors exemplifying Terranea’s belief in a holistic view of inter-connectivity.
