Guests must be at least 18 years of age for spa treatments. For younger guests, inquire about teen spa offerings.

Please notify The Spa at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment for any cancellations or changes to your reservation. Spa services are reserved especially for you, so we ask that you give us 24 hours advance notice should you need to reschedule, change, or cancel your treatment. Any changes or cancellations, including no-shows, made less than 24 hours before the service time will incur a fee of the full service price minus the 20% service charge. For cancellations, please call The Spa at 877.808.4104. For appointments booked online only, click here to cancel.
