Please notify The Spa at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment for any cancellations or changes to your reservation.
Spa services are reserved especially for you, so we ask that you give us 24 hours advance notice should you need to reschedule, change, or cancel your treatment. Any changes or cancellations, including no-shows, made less than 24 hours before the service time will incur a fee of the full service price minus the 20% service charge.

Fitness and wellness classes are available to resort and spa guests. To view the schedule, click here.
- Can I purchase a Day Pass? Can I purchase a Day Pass? Day Passes are available for purchase Monday – Thursday, excluding holidays. $95 Resort Guests, $120 Non-Resort Guests. Day Passes welcome use of The Spa amenities, Fitness Center and Movement Studio, and The Spa Pool. Day Passes are subject to availability and cannot be purchased in advance.

Yes, spa guests are invited to relax in private co-ed cabanas booked online (available here) and enjoy the option to purchase gourmet food at our café, solviva.
- What should I wear for my spa treatment? What should I wear for my spa treatment? Upon arrival, guests are escorted to their lounge, where they will be provided a locker, robe, and sandals, and welcomed to change prior to spa treatment. Guests are encouraged to undress to their desired level of comfort, and our therapists are trained in proper draping techniques to ensure privacy. If requested, undergarments may be provided to be worn during treatments. We gently encourage guests leave any jewelry or valuables at home.

Yes, we offer a variety of OTO CBD Journeys. In addition, all our massage treatments offer a CBD upgrade.
- Which areas of The Spa are co-ed? Which areas of The Spa are co-ed? Co-ed spa guests are welcomed at The Spa Pool, Fitness Center and Movement Studio. Following spa treatments, spa guests may enjoy the comforts of a co-ed Relaxation Lounge. This lounge is a quiet, meditative space.
