Chef de Cuisine, Jason Benavente, brings his passion for Asian cuisine and Japanese heritage to bashi through bold flavors and an elevated dining experience. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of the Pacific in Oahu, Chef Jason is known for his innovative approach to sushi and Asian-inspired cuisine, as well as his dedication to mentoring and developing talent. His energetic leadership and commitment to culinary excellence continue to shape the vibrant culture and dynamic menu at Bashi.
