The Feast of the Seven Fishes began as a Christmas Eve vigil on the coasts of southern Italy, and this season it finds its way to ours. With Catalina on the horizon, seven chefs each bring a course to one long table, and the evening unfolds slowly, one story and one dish at a time.
Each course draws from the sea, with local catch, coastal herbs, and winter citrus at the heart of the menu. An optional wine pairing accompanies the evening, with each pour selected to complement the course it’s served alongside.
