Every Friday and Saturday, from 4 to 7pm, the Lobby Bar & Terrace turns from afternoon to evening, slowly, on purpose. Caviar arrives at the table, Champagne is poured, the wine list makes it easy to stay for one more, and live jazz carries across the Terrace as the light changes over the Pacific.
