TERRANEA RESORT MARKS INDEPENDENCE DAY WITH OCEANFRONT CELEBRATION AND AMERICA'S 250TH ANNIVERSARY TRIBUTE

WHAT:           Terranea Resort will celebrate Independence Day with an evening of family-friendly festivities overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Set on 102 oceanfront acres along the Palos Verdes Peninsula, the resort's Fourth of July celebration combines live entertainment, seasonal cuisine and classic summer traditions in one of Southern California's most scenic coastal settings.

A longtime destination for summer travel and multigenerational getaways, Terranea offers a full calendar of family programming throughout the season. The Independence Day celebration continues that tradition with live music, line dancing, a magic show and a community-style gathering on The Meadows.

The holiday menu features an expansive backyard barbecue with smoked brisket, herb-grilled Jidori chicken, smoked ribs, burgers, hot dogs, grilled corn on the cob and traditional sides. Seasonal offerings include watermelon and feta salad, peach and cucumber salad, fresh fruit display and heirloom tomato caprese pasta salad. Guests can also enjoy charcuterie and cheese grazing tables, hot wings, buffalo cauliflower, house-made dips and a dedicated children's station. Dessert selections include American apple pie, summer stone fruit cobbler, banana pudding, brownie pops, chocolate chip cookies, caramel popcorn and a s'mores station.
