- Why haven’t I received my eGift Card?
Your eGift Card is delivered to the recipient’s email address provided at the time of purchase. If it has not arrived, we recommend checking your junk or spam folder. If you’re still unable to locate it, please contact our Guest Concierge team for assistance—we are happy to help ensure it reaches you.
- Where can physical gift cards be purchased?
Physical gift cards are available for purchase in person at Terranea Resort. At this time, they are not available for purchase online or by phone.
- Is there a limit on gift card purchases?
Yes, gift cards may be purchased in amounts up to $1,000 per card.
- Can I purchase a gift card for a specific experience, such as accommodations, spa, or golf?
Our gift cards are designed to be enjoyed resort-wide and may be used at any Terranea outlet, including accommodations, dining, The Spa, The Links, and more. While they cannot be restricted to a specific experience, this flexibility allows the recipient to personalize their visit.
- May I use a gift card to pay for my entire stay?
Yes, gift cards may be applied toward the full balance of your stay. A credit card is still required prior to arrival for the deposit and at check-in for incidental authorization. Upon checkout, we are pleased to apply your gift card to the final balance and refund the initial deposit as applicable.
- Do gift cards expire?
No, Terranea gift cards do not have an expiration date.
- Can I convert my eGift Card into a physical gift card?
Yes. Our Front Office team is happy to assist with converting your eGift Card to a physical card in person at the resort, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- How can I check the balance of my gift card?
You may conveniently check your gift card balance on the Terranea website or in person at the resort.
