Terranea Resort Updates

The health and wellbeing of our guests and associates is paramount at Terranea Resort. Due to government mandates forcing closure of much of the resort, out of an abundance of caution, and as part of our continued effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), the resort and its amenities are currently closed.

At this time, Terranea continues to make reservations for overnight stays that begin on June 12. The resort will offer limited services and amenities, and it is our commitment to ensure that you have an enjoyable experience. Our reservations team will be in contact with guests with existing reservations through June 11, 2020. For guests that have booked their stay through an online travel agent or another third-party booking site, please contact them directly to inquire about refunds and changes.

As part of our ongoing commitment to you, we have implemented an enhanced standard of care and cleanliness promise to ensure a safe and comfortable stay with us. We are actively monitoring COVID-19 updates from the World Health Organization and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and will evolve our practices in accordance to the guidance provided by government officials and public health professionals. Furthermore, we will adhere to hotel best practices to ensure safety and cleanliness standards as guided by the American Hotel & Lodging Association, California Hotel & Lodging Association, and cleaning industry expert Ecolab, among others.

Additionally, we encourage you to follow the guidelines from the City of Rancho Palos Verdes regarding opening of the Palos Verdes Nature Preserve, parks, beaches, community centers, amenities and trails. Access to the public walking trails on Terranea Resort’s grounds remain closed. For more information, visit RPVCA.gov.
