Taking full advantage of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island views, each restaurant promises tastes that satisfy and sights that surprise. Terranea's chefs take a fresh approach by personally tailoring menus with an emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients, many of which are grown in its own gardens. From intimate dinners to business meetings, the collection of delectable restaurants have a table reserved for every party. If you would rather relax in your room, a complete in-room dining menu is also available 24 hours a day.

CHEF’S TASTING MENU AT MAR’SEL

White truffles at mar’sel, it’s a tradition! Truffles are a delicious delicacy and, ounce for ounce, the most expensive food in the world. Chef Andrew Vaughan has curated the perfect pairing to boast this season’s market ingredients. The menu is comprised of a five-course tasting experience. Please also inquire about the addition of white Alba truffles on any of our a la carte offerings.

bashi will be serving an Asian-inspired Thanksgiving, complete with a turkey leg adobo special including braised onions and garlic, sticky rice stuffing with Chinese sausage & shiitake mushroom as a memorable family feast.

For a casual Thanksgiving with a view, head to Nelson’s for a family style dinner with tangerine brined smoked turkey breast, whipped Yukon potatoes, cider braised root vegetables, brioche stuffing, fall squash bisque and Parker House dinner rolls with Terranea sea salt whipped butter. Served with pumpkin pie and pumpkin cheesecake for dessert.
