Terranea is unique, unlike any other. Since we opened our doors in 2009, Terranea has diligently worked to earn a reputation as both a premier resort that takes care of its guests and an excellent employer that provides a rewarding work environment for employees.

As part of our commitments, we implemented the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Safe Stay industry-wide initiative, achieved Clean + Safe Certification by the California Hotel & Lodging Association (CHLA), are Sharecare Health Security VERIFIED® with Forbes Travel Guide, and continue to follow recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the California Department of Public Health, and county health departments.
We developed additional standards of care and cleanliness in partnership with cleaning industry expert Ecolab—a company with over 100 years of experience in assisting hospitality, public health, food safety and hygiene services. We also developed enhanced training and protocols with Ecolab as a further step to promote a safe environment.
