Culinary Delights to Cleanse the Palate:


Spring Tasting Menus at mar’sel - Terranea’s signature restaurant, mar’sel, announces two new springtime tasting menus from newly appointed Chef de Cuisine Andrew Vaughan. These special seasonally-inspired menus take guests on a California coastal culinary journey featuring fresh garden vegetables, local seafood, and pasture raised meats, with a nod to Chef Vaughan’s Louisiana roots, perfect for the beautiful spring weather at the resort.

·         Spring’s Bounty Chef's Table Dinner - This April's Chef’s Table Dinner falls during Earth Week and will benefit a local eco-focused charity. Prepared by Executive Chef Bernard Ibarra and his team, the intimate Farm-to-Terranea dining experience begins with a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception in one of the resort’s private villas, followed by a themed, three-course dinner paired with a selection of wines personally selected by this month’s featured vintner partners: Silver Oak, Napa Valley and Twomey, Napa Valley. Adventures at Terranea for Little Explorers:


·         Spring Break Camp - On Monday-Friday, kids will partake in hiking, crafts, games and swimming during Terranea’s Spring Break Camp. While kids enjoy camp, parents can use this time to relax poolside, get a spa treatment or play a round of golf. *Locals and guests welcome. Space is limited, advance reservations are required. ·         Junior Golf at The Links - Beginners and intermediate junior golfers can hop on over to The Links at Terranea for Junior Golf Mini-Camp or the After-School Series and learn how to “ace” the game.
