Terranea Resort Honored With Good Earthkeeping Award At CHLA’s 2020 Stars Of The Industry Awards

(November 20, 2020)  The California Hotel & Lodging Association (CHLA) awarded Terranea Resort its prestigious "Good Earthkeeping Award" at this year's Stars of the Industry virtual celebration, a recognition honoring hotel properties that demonstrate an outstanding culture toward integrating environmental management practices that improve everyday operations while maintaining quality service and meeting guest expectations.

At large, the annual celebration recognizes lodging employees and properties that "best embody the quality service standards of the industry." CHLA further recognized Terranea Resort and its associates in multiple categories, including naming Benefits Manager Maria Orozco as a finalist for the "Stevan Porter Emerging Hospitality Leader of the Year Award," Public Area Attendant Wilma Rivas as a finalist for the "HD Supply Housekeeping Award," Director of Operations Rodrigo Ibanez as a finalist for the "Outstanding Manager of the Year Award," and naming the hotel's enhanced standards of care promise program a finalist for the "Guest Relations Award."
