(December 5, 2019) — The California Hotel & Lodging Association (CHLA) awarded Terranea Resort its prestigious "Community Service Award" at this year's Stars of the Industry celebration, a recognition honoring hotel properties that demonstrate outstanding responsiveness to their local community. At large, the annual celebration recognizes lodging employees and properties that "best embody the quality service standards of the industry."
