Join Terranea - with a special appearance by the Easter Bunny - for the annual Easter Ballroom Brunch, featuring a delicious buffet offering variety of seasonal and traditional favorites. To start, enjoy morning pastries, salad bar, charcuterie and cheese, and a chilled seafood station. Head to the omelet and egg station, as well as specialty cinnamon raison French toast with a variety of toppings. Feast on the pasta and risotto action station and carving station featuring honey glazed ham leg, grass fed leg of lamb, free-range chicken, brined pork ribs, grilled seabass, and more. Additional stations include the Asian kitchen highlighting crispy tofu, egg noodles, Char Sui style pork, pan seared local snapper, wok fried rice, and Chinese broccoli.
