Every Friday night, catalina kitchen’s Chef Jin Lee presents a limitless seafood boil served against scenic views of the California coast. In addition, the buffet also features made-to-order sushi, seasonal coastal cuisine, build-your-own pasta dishes, a carving station and a dessert station. Guests will also be able to order enhancements including grilled lobster, king crab and seafood towers built to share.
