mar'sel | Easter Brunch

Spend your Easter Sunday overlooking the Pacific with a California coastal brunch. Our four-course menu showcases traditional Easter specialties of lamb omelet, rack of lamb, halibut, brisket as well as vegetarian options. Complement your meal with a selection of Champagne and accompanying fresh juices, as well as our new botanical offerings.

Lobby Bar & Terrace | Easter

Take in an Easter Sunday sunset and Catalina Island views, cozy around one of our Lobby Terrace fire pits, and enjoy specialty offerings including a fizzy bunny mimosa, ambrosia strawberry mint truffle, and sweets from Chef Perry’s Bake Shop.

Hop over to bashi this Easter Sunday to savor our grilled Mongolian lamb lollipops with Asian slaw, Soju miso glazed lobster tail with hand-cut egg noodles, water chestnut, Chinese broccoli and garlic sauce, or our Kombujime salmon truffle roll. Pair your meal with one of bashi’s signature international whiskey flights.

Nelson’s | Easter

Spend Easter Sunday on the scenic coast, with specialty menu items including lamb chop lollipops with a rhubarb puree and crispy Swiss chard.

Terranea Easter To-Go

Leave the cooking to some bunny else this year with Easter To-Go from sea beans! Offerings include Choice of - maple cured ham with apricot and Dijon glaze or herb roasted leg of lamb with rosemary gremolata asparagus, parmesan soup with crispy shallots, pea & carrots spring salad, roasted baby turnip with turnip greens, garlic & chive mashed potato, hot cross buns and Chef Perry’s ricotta citrus tart.

Ordering deadline Thursday, April 1 at 12:00pm. Ballroom circle drive pick up Saturday, April 3 & Sunday, April 4 from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Please note: All to-go food items will be fully cooked and refrigerated, with specific at-home heating instructions provided.

Ordering deadline Thursday, April 1 at 12:00pm. Ballroom circle drive pick up Saturday, April 3 & Sunday, April 4 from 10:00am to 4:00pm. All online orders for Bake Shop items must be received at least 72 hours in advance.
