It's the most wonderful time of the year! The Holidays are here and with all that we have on our plates it's no wonder we feel full. Full can be a good thing to feel to a certain extent but sometimes there is no room left for ourselves. Remembering to keep yourself as a priority this holiday season is something we tend to put on the back burner. It is wonderful to give to others and to spend time with those we love but it can be draining to our energy reserves.

At Terranea, we are offering you the opportunity to check out. To check out for a full hour of relaxation, peace, and tranquility. With so many things planned that we have to DO, take the time and space for yourself to just BE. 

Our Silent Night Meditation and Relaxation will allow you to create space in the body and mind. Starting with a gentle stretch and release practice then flowing right into a guided meditation, moment of silent reflection, and ending in an essential oil infused savasana will leave you feeling light and at ease.
