Terranea Wavelengths™ Free Stay Rules
No Purchase Necessary. You do not need to provide consideration to anyone to be eligible for the free stay drawing (the "Drawing") at Terranea Resort when you join Terranea Wavelengths (the "Program").
Eligibility. You must join the Program to be eligible for the Drawing. There is no cost to join the Program. You can join the Program by submitting your first and last name, and your email address, on the web site page located at http://www.terranea.com/terranea-loyalty-signup.php or by sending a 3x5 card containing the same information to: Terranea Wavelengths, c/o Terranea Resort, 100 Terranea Way, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275 Attn: Marketing Department. You must be a US resident at least 21 years of age to join the Program.
Use Of Facilities. The recipient of a free stay will receive the complementary use of a hotel room selected by Terranea Resort; all applicable room taxes and sales taxes levied on use or occupancy of the room are included. The selected room may be used only by the Program member and one other person travelling with the member. A free stay does not include food or beverages, spa, golf or any other amenities or features of Terranea Resort for which a charge is customarily imposed. Use of a free stay is subject to regular check-in and check-out times, Terranea Resort rules and regulations applicable to all guests, applicable laws, room availability and black-out dates.
Transportation And Fees. Transportation to and from Terranea Resort is not included in the Drawing. Incidental fees and tax burden are the responsibility of the recipient of a free stay.
Not Transferrable. Free stays are non-transferable, non-extendable, and not redeemable for cash or credit at any time.
Subject To Change Or Cancellation Without Notice. Terranea Resort reserves the right to cancel the Program or change any part of it at any time for any reason without notice.
Privacy And Email Offers. Information submitted in joining the Program is subject to the Terranea Resort Website privacy policy, located at http://www.terranea.com/privacy-policy.php as modified from time to time; however, by joining the Program, you are agreeing to receive email offers from Terranea Resort, Destination Hotels and Resorts, Inc., its subsidiaries and its affiliates, together offers from the entities that own or control the properties that any of them manage from time to time.
Void Where Prohibited. The Program is void where prohibited by law or restricted.
