Resort guests are welcome to enjoy regularly scheduled fitness classes. Below is a schedule of current class offerings:

Mat Pilates

An innovative core focused mat workout which helps keep the body balanced. Pilates focuses on breathing and alignment of the spine, while strengthening the torso.

Seaside Spin

Terranea Spin is a highly energetic cardio workout that gets your heart pumping! All level riders are welcome to join our technique and terrain based classes. Learn about the importance of cadence and heart rate zones through a variety of interval training, hill climbs, and endurance rides. Blast calories by toning your quadriceps, glutes, and hamstrings in our beautiful Movement Studio or on our Ocean Front Terrace.

Yoga

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a non-stop all levels class challenging the body while linking each of the yoga movements to your breath. Integrating and practicing your breath into the essence of each movement results in a practice that helps flow each pose to the next with little or no rest in between. In this class you will help strengthen your core, body, and spirit.

 

Loved the open feel, the workout on the white board and Lindsay! She was very encouraging!
