What: Palos Verdes author, Mary Jo Hazard, will read and sign copies of her book, "The Peacocks of Palos Verdes."
Mary Jo’s first children’s story, "The Peacocks of Palos Verdes" is an educational photo essay about the birds that have enhanced the lives of the residents of the Los Angeles’ Palos Verdes Peninsula since the early 1900's.
Children will have the opportunity to meet the author and spend a delightful hour featuring the peninsula's peacocks at Terranea Resort.

Format: Children’s book-signing and reading of "The Peacocks of Palos Verdes." Special non-alcoholic beverages called Peacocktails and gelato will be served. Books will be on sale for $14.99 and autographed by the author.
