Terranea Turkey Trot
Work up an appetite at the first annual Terranea Turkey Trot. Run, walk or trot with family and friends on Thursday, November 25. The event starts at 8:30 a.m. and all ages are welcome. Cost: $10 per person. Reservations recommended.
Thanksgiving Terranea Triathlon
Burn some calories the day after Thanksgiving by participating in the Thanksgiving Terranea Triathlon. The fun starts at the beach cove and includes biking, kayaking and a trail run. Terranea’s natural setting overlooking the Pacific Ocean with miles of coastal trails is the perfect location for fitness fun. The Terranea Triathlon will be held on Friday, November 26 at 8:30 a.m. Cost: $25 per person.
THE SPA AT TERRANEA
Holiday Rescue
Take time out to relax and rejuvenate at The Spa at Terranea. The resort’s Holiday Rescue package includes a choice of two of the following treatments: 30-minute massage with holiday aromas, 30-minute pumpkin facial or 30 minute full body shea butter scrub. Also included are a free holiday smoothie and access to spa facilities for the day. The package is offered Monday-Thursday from November 1 through December 23, 2010. Cost: $150 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity.
Mistle Toes & Elf Toes
Enjoy some holiday pampering with the little person in your life. Mistle Toes & Elf Toes includes a 60 minute pedicure with shea butter foot scrub for you and an elf-sized mani or pedi for your little one. You’ll also enjoy a festive glass of champagne or sparkling cider. This package is offered December 1-23, 2010. Cost: $75 per adult, $25 per child.

Enjoy some fun on the Links at the 4 person team Thanksgiving golf scramble tournament and putting course turkey shoot out on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 from Noon to 3 p.m. Cost is $45 for adults and $25 for juniors.

Thanksgiving dinner will be served four ways; family style, brunch buffet, fine dining and “to go.” Guests will enjoy - Catalina Kitchen’s tableside carving and family style service; a traditional Thanksgiving brunch buffet in the Catalina Ballroom including omelet and waffle stations; mar’sel, the Resort’s signature restaurant’s four-course menu; or dining at home with a “to go” menu featuring turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, pumpkin pie and more.
