Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif. (June 6, 2013) – Terranea, Los Angeles’ premier oceanfront resort, joins efforts with AT&T’s It Can Wait® campaign and the Peninsula Education Foundation to end texting and driving. The collaboration shares the message "No Text is Worth Dying For" and encourages the community, associates and guests to build awareness and pledge not to text behind the wheel.
“Texting while driving impacts everyone’s safety and with the summer season upon us, it means that even more people will be on the road,” said Terri A. Haack, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Terranea Resort. “We are delighted to partner with the Peninsula Education Foundation to further benefit the community. As strong advocates of this message, we believe every pledge makes a difference.”
