Palos Verdes, Calif. – August 2, 2010 – Terranea Resort is taking the “club/concierge floor” concept to a whole new level. Sea level that is. Beginning July 28, the property’s acclaimed oceanfront spa will be the focal point of a luxurious new way to enjoy Terranea’s dramatic southern California coastal location. The 102-acre resort is managed by Destination Hotels & Resorts.
The Club at The Spa at Terranea combines two of Terranea’s most highly sought after amenities – the sumptuous Bungalow accommodations and the award-winning spa. Discerning adult travelers in search of the ultimate in pampering will be whisked straight to their lavishly-appointed oceanview Bungalow suite just steps away from The Spa Café and The Spa Pool where they’ll enjoy complimentary dining options throughout the day, poolside relaxation and access to The Spa’s many amenities. The Club experience begins as soon as guests arrive at the Resort valet and are escorted to their room for individual check in. At the suite they will be greeted with a special arrival amenity and spa gift basket. They will meet their personal concierge who will assist with immediate needs such as complimentary light pressing, as well as arrangements throughout the stay.
Club guests will be accommodated in the spacious 1,100-square-foot Bungalow Suites offering beautiful resort view, oceanview or oceanside rooms. The lavish space features separate living room, pillow-top king master bedroom, 5-fixture stone bathroom with separate tub and shower and custom bath amenities, guest bathroom and washer/dryer. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, two stove top burners and a convection/microwave oven. An oversized private balcony or patio and indoor and outdoor fireplaces provide the finishing touches.
