Chef Michael Fiorelli Creates an Academy Award Menu Inspired by the Nominees
mar’sel at Terranea Resort offers guests the ultimate location to watch the 84th Academy Awards on Feb. 26, 2012. Chef de Cuisine Michael Fiorelli has crafted a specialty menu that blends entertainment and cuisine, inspired by the Oscar nominees.
The viewing party will begin at 3:45 p.m., the award show starts at 4 p.m. The delectable Oscar menu will be available in addition to the restaurant’s regular menu, all specialty items will be priced at $11.
Guests may test their knowledge by filling out individual Oscar ballots upon arrival, prior to the show. The guest with the most correct number of selections will win dinner for two at mar’sel.
