Hybrid croissant-doughnut pastries have become a culinary craze from Los Angeles to New York. In fact, the innovative dessert has become so popular that even our own resort coffee shop and cafe, sea beans, has jumped in on the sweet trend. Adding a unique twist to the dessert, our cherished pastry chef, Chef Perry, has starting baking up fresh batches of croissant-doughnut pastries in house. Flavors of the special treat range from chocolate hazelnut and vanilla to strawberry shortcake and banana coconut, and new flavors are introduced weekly. Have you tried one yet?
