After time spent in some of the most prestigious contemporary American kitchens including The Inn at Little Washington and Simon LA, Chef Michael Fiorelli has found a home at mar'sel. Celebrating the best of the season, Chef Fiorelli brings a whimsical touch to California cuisine as he celebrates local farmers and artisans. His training with award-winning chefs throughout the country has given him a true appreciation for the abundance in Southern California. "My whole cooking philosophy stems from the idea that great food needs two things: love and salt."
