Resort Room Policies
Terranea Resort's room policies are to ensure our guests the ultimate in satisfaction and service.
Resort Fee
There will be a resort fee of $25.00 per room, per night, for numerous resort amenities and benefits.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 7 days of the original arrival date will result in a forfeiture of deposit of 1 night's room and tax. A deposit of one night's room and tax is due 7 days prior to the original arrival date.
Parking
- Valet parking: $30/night
- Self-parking: $20/night
- Day parking for non-resort guests: $10 Valet / $5 Self

Family Policy
- Children 17 and younger stay at no additional charge in the same room as their parents.
- Rates are based upon double occupancy. Additional adults over 18 years of age subject to a charge of $50 per night.
- Rollaway beds are subject to a charge of $25 per day. Rollaway beds for children 17 and under are complimentary.
- Number of children in a guest room is subject to the occupancy restrictions of the booked room.
