The Spa at Terranea wishes to ensure all of our guests enjoy an ultimate spa experience at our luxurious day spa. The following are some suggestions and tips to make your spa and wellness experience flawless.
Spa Hours of Operation:
6:00 AM - 8:00 PM daily
Fitness Center Hours of Operation:
6:00 AM - 8:00 PM daily
Reservations:
- Please call (310) 265-2740 to schedule a spa appointment or to reserve a VIP Suite.
- The required minimum age to access the Spa is 18 years old and the Fitness and Wellness Center is 16 years old. Guests under the age of 18 are welcome to receive salon services when accompanied by an adult.
- A 20% service charge is automatically added to all spa services for your convenience.
- Credit card required at the time of reservation.
Spa Recommendations & Guidelines:
- Please check in 30 minutes before your appointment
- The Spa offers full changing room amenities and the complimentary use of spa robe, slippers, lockers
- The Spa at Terranea suggests guests enjoy a warm shower before treatments
- Bathing suits are required for outdoor whirlpool, plunge and relaxation areas
Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
- Please allow a 6-hour notice for cancellations or changes
- Cancellations less than 6 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge for the scheduled treatment
- Failure to arrive for an appointment will result in a full charge for the service
