TEAM BUILDING EVENTS
THE PENINSULA ADVENTURE
This unique event is truly one of a kind. We will create a teambuilding experience that will capture the essence of your company and the goals of your meeting. The activities take on many forms, ranging from elaborate problem solving activities to fun, light-hearted events. Problem solving activities include low ropes course elements, which involve the formation and implementation of an action plan and can be executed with products used by your company. Strategy and speed are essential; as is the quality of the task, completion and effective team planning, cooperation, clear communication, coordination of effort, and attention to detail. This event is all about teamwork. Price includes DJ and team T-shirts for each participant.
Cost: $99.00 per person for 50-99 participants / $89.00 per person for 100 or more participants
PIT STOP CHALLENGE
In the Pit Stop Challenge creativity and teamwork equal success. Participants work together to build a "car" using specialty parts including a radio flyer wagon as a base. The entire team will have an opportunity to race. During the race each team will complete a series of pit stop challenges sure to keep the group working together and in great spirits. Each team will be judged on creativity, design and presentation of their car. The teams will also earn points as they cruise the course and complete each pit stop challenge for an overall time and team score. Price includes DJ and team T-shirts for each participant.

TEAM KITE RACING
This event begins with a demonstration by a master kite maker, who will teach the group to construct one of several basic kite designs. All materials will be provided. Creativity and teamwork are stressed! After the construction and design process is complete, teams will present their kite designs to the judges and after a short sales pitch, the kites take flight! Price includes DJ and team T-shirt

BOAT BUILDING REGATTA
AKA: BUILD-A-BOAT & HOPE IT FLOATS REGATTA
It's up to your group to construct a seaworthy vessel, relying on their creativity, limited resources, and teamwork. The crew will then paddle their boat in the harsh conditions of the pool against the competition. Each team will brainstorm on vessel design, evaluate strategies and choose a course of action. The crew also has to come to a consensus on choosing a captain and first mate, naming their boat and presenting it to the group and judges. Through teamwork and team spirit, the crew will sail to success – we hope! Price includes DJ, team T-shirt and sailor hat for each participant.

LAWN GAMES
Combine a dynamic ocean view with some great backyard style fun. Our activities leaders will give you the option of an organized tournament or a specialty setup for your event. Bocce, Horseshoes, Croquet and Ladder Golf can be enjoyed during the day as a meeting break, or for the more adventurous, try it glowing at night. Event staff will provide equipment and rules, and a customized score board can be available upon request.

MINI MEETING ESCAPES
Does your group need a motivating and stimulating break? Our staff will get your group on their feet and get them rejuvenated for the second half of your meeting. This quick boost combines fun and fitness into a few minutes of exercise that will leave your group rejuvenated for the remainder of the meeting. This is a 15-30 minute program.
Cost: $100.00 for a minimum of ten people / $5.00 for each additional person
HERMIT CRAB RACES
A truly unique and outrageous addition to your next event. Guests place bets with "funny money" on their favorite crabs that are painted with bright, radical designs. Winners receive prizes and can even take home their favorite racers.
Cost: $500.00 per event
