We wanted to create a place for our guests where they can share their vacation story, read about the latest going on at the resort and maybe even find a great recipe from one our of fine dining outlets.
My Dad, Hasu Sheth, came to this country in the late 1950s from India on a steamer that took two months to get here. He had nothing but 44 pounds of luggage, little money, and the desire to make a better life for himself and his eventual family...
My dad is a man that has never waivered from adversity. He loves his childeren unconditionally no matter what. He has helped us grow into fine young adults with the compassion and love it takes to survive each and every day...
I've had the delight of experiencing Terranea and would love to go back soon. Thus, I've passed a major hint to my creative family to make a movie in hopes I'll get the Boot!
My dad is the greatest Dad, he always helps me with everything that I need help in. He has coached me and my brother in Baseball and has taught us to be respectful to others no matter what to do your best in everything you do in life. He is busy working , taking care of the house and helping out my Mom. He is always helping others if they need anything he never says no to anybody. I would like him and our family to have a chance to be invited to stay at your Resort.

As a long time resident of PV and product of the school system in the 60's and 70's, I was very sad to see Marineland close and a new era emerge. I also remember active protests during the 60's to save the coastline and to prevent huge hotels from acquiring land--we used to hike on the beautiful bluffs before homes were built there. However, I am very encouraged to see an eco friendly, Mediterranean style venue--and activities open to the public--such as the Shakespeare event and Street Faire. Palos Verdes is very special and preservation is crucial.
I've visited Terranea on many occasions just to enjoy the beauty of this resort. From the natural landscaping to the warm and inviting spaces within the resort; it is a place where you can go to unwind, have a wonderful meal, walk the trails, see wildlife, hear and smell the sound of the ocean and breathe in the fresh air. I've sat in the lobby with a cup of sea beans coffee and read by the fireplace. I've enjoyed an incredible meal at mar'sel with my husband and celebrated Valentine's Day at Catalina Kitchen. There are so many places to sit, watch, listen and enjoy. It is a treasure to behold and a pleasure to all the senses.
