Great place !

One of the greatest advantages to living in the Peninsula Pointe development is now being able to walk to Terranea and enjoy the amenities there. There are so many reasons we enjoy being on this side of the Hill .... and Terranea is one of the best.

My husband and I stayed this last weekend 09/10 for our 10th Anniversary. We stayed in a Casita with Ocean view, I have to share, it was one of the Best resort stays of my life. The Service was amazing, Everyone was friendly, helpful and happy no matter what we were doing at the resort. Spa was clean and service again Amazing. Concierge desk was most helpful and willing to make our stay " the best". Mission accomplished. Our Casita was clean and little extras everywhere made it special. We just spent a long Labor Day weekend at Terranea with our son, daughter-in-law and 2 yr old granddaughter. It was their second stay and our first. We absolutely loved everything about Terranea from its first class accommodations, gorgeous views and great dining facilities. It was less than a 45 minute drive from LA but we felt like we were in a different world. We were especially impressed with the scenic walking paths that granted us access and views to the beautiful and natural land and seascapes of the area. Can't wait to go back!

This is by far the best resort I have ever been to. I got in late so I didn't see the view until I opened the drapes in the morning and it just took my breath away. I sat there with my coffee and watched the resort come to life. The staff and service were by far the most accomodating and professional I have had the pleasure to have in years! The Links is the greatest little Par 3 my daughter (11 yrs) and I have ever played on together. This has given us long lasting memories and I hope to come back as a tradition as it is only 1.5 hours away from home! Lovely, beautiful, relaxing, PHENOM!

Not only were owners of Palos Verdes real estate eagerly awaiting the opening of our first hotel, Terranea, which is a world class resort, but most area residents were curious about the building on the old Marineland site which I chronicled on this blog. Over a year has passed since the grand opening and I have only had fabulous experiences at Terranea. As a guest at a Terrenea casitas looking out at the ocean, bays and coves, I could imagine myself in Hawaii, Italy or the south of France – no need to get on an airplane...
