I said it on my first interview and I caught myself saying it today, 9 months later, as I was turning down the driveway.  It reminds me of the saying, “Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away.”  After years at city properties staring at shiny black walls, I revel in the view of the Pacific Ocean from my desk.  I know the people who stay here, see it too...

We had a girl's week-end and knew this resort looked awesome. What we weren't expecting wa the outstanding service and the way we were treated by Mikala when we checked in. She not only met our expectations, she exceeded them with the way she handled our reservation to making sure our stay was even better. Thanks to Mikala we have the most memorable annual girl's week-end EVER and will be hard to top in the future.
