This past weekend, Chef Fiorelli headed to Aspen, Colorado to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the legendary Food & Wine Classic. While in Aspen, Chef Fiorelli joined with Executive Chef Jim Butchart and master sommelier Sabato Sagaria to participate in the “Mary HAD a Little Lamb” industry party at Aspen’s Herron Park. The party, held for those who worked during the weekend of the Food & Wine Classic, included carving a whole lamb and creating succulent dishes using the entire lamb. The "Mary HAD a Little Lamb" party was attended by over two hundred people and was a great success!
