Vacation Rentals
The Casitas
The fully furnished, fully appointed two and three bedroom casita is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation at Terranea. Entering through a dramatic loggia into your front door, you are embraced with comfort and profound relaxation. The convenience kitchen features a refrigerator with icemaker, 4-burner cooktop, combination microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, and dishes, glassware and utensils. Flowing from the kitchen is a dining table and greatroom with TV (cable & HBO included), comfort seating and a seamless transition to an outdoor patio with seating.
The master suite features a king bed, sitting chair, an exterior door to the patio and private bath. The second bedroom connects from the interior and provides two double beds and private bath. The second bedroom is also accessible via a separate exterior entry. A non-connecting third bedroom/bath with an adjacent exterior entry can be added to the 2BR casita for additional rent. All bedrooms include TVs with cable/HBO.
The Villas
The fully furnished, fully appointed two and three bedroom villa is the perfect place in which to spread out and enjoy your vacation at Terranea. Entering through a private courtyard with a seating area and gas fireplace, you are embraced with comfort and profound relaxation. Once in the front door you transition into a spacious gourmet kitchen and great room. The kitchen features state-of-the-art Viking appliances, including a full refrigerator, 5-burner cooktop with hood, icemaker, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Dishes, glassware, cookware and utensils are provided. A large kitchen island with two cushioned counter stools is the perfect place to gather. Flowing from the kitchen is a 6-seat dining table and greatroom with TV (cable & HBO included), comfort seating and a seamless transition to an outdoor patio with seating. A powder room is also featured in the villa plan.
The master suite features a king bed, 2 sitting chairs, an exterior door to the patio. The large master bath includes a jacuzzi tub, a large shower, his & her sinks, vanity mirrors and private water closet. The two guestrooms also offer private bathrooms; one guestroom has a king bed and the other guestroom has two double beds. The guest bedrooms also have exterior doors to the private entry courtyard. All bedrooms include TVs with cable/HBO and the ability to purchase movies directly.
