For a taste of mar'sel, the Cart for a Cause truck can be found on Tuesday, August 3 at RAND, at 1700 Main Street, Santa Monica, across from City Hall. Chef Michael’s menu will include:

Barbecued beef bahn mi, house pickled vegetables, jalapeño, cilantro, chili aioli

Crispy roasted eggplant cake, marinated vegetables, aged provolone
