Simply Unforgetable Weekend and Amazing Customer Service
My husband and I stayed this last weekend 09/10 for our 10th Anniversary. We stayed in a Casita with Ocean view, I have to share, it was one of the Best resort stays of my life. The Service was amazing, Everyone was friendly, helpful and happy no matter what we were doing at the resort. Spa was clean and service again Amazing. Concierge desk was most helpful and willing to make our stay " the best". Mission accomplished. Our Casita was clean and little extras everywhere made it special. the chef had delivered a plate with deserts, and on the plate drawn Happy Anniversary in chocolate. Our buffet each day over the ocean was very good, and again great service. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this resort from start to finish. :) they have 5 stars rating for a reason and live up to it. I have staryed in some amazing resorts all over. This weekend was worth every penny and moment. thank you Terranea for helping us to create the most Amazing and Romantic 10th Anniversary I could have ever asked for. I recommend this stay to those who have high standards and excellent taste for luxury and class. We will be back in spring 2011. Blessings
