Hybrid croissant-doughnut pastries have become a culinary craze from Los Angeles to New York. In fact, the innovative dessert has become so popular that even our own resort coffee shop and cafe, sea beans, has jumped in on the sweet trend. Adding a unique twist to the dessert, our cherished pastry chef, Chef Perry, has starting baking up fresh batches of croissant-doughnut pastries in house. Flavors of the special treat range from chocolate hazelnut and vanilla to strawberry shortcake and banana coconut, and new flavors are introduced weekly. Have you tried one yet? Taco Stand

  • Every Monday – Friday, 4:00 - 8:00 pm
  • Choose from: pork carnitas, chile marinated chicken, achiote chile marinated beef. Served with avocado sour cream, pico de gallo, tomatillo salsa and roasted salsa roja.

Pancake Breakfast

  • Every Saturday & Sunday, 7:30-11:30 am
  • Choice of buttermilk, blueberry, or peanut butter banana pancakes. Sides include syrup, butter, whipped cream, chocolate chips, sprinkles, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and blueberry compote! (all sides are $1 per)

burger bar

  • Every Saturday, 4:00 - 9:00 pm
  • One full-sized Angus beef burger with choice of sides. Sides include bacon, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, your choice of cheese!

build-your-own ice cream sandwich

  • Every Saturday, 4:00 - 9:00 pm
  • First choose your sandwich: Chocolate fudge brownie, white chocolate macadamia nut, chocolate cherry cookie, chocolate peanut butter cookie, vanilla wafer cookie.
  • Then choose your ice cream: Vanilla, strawberry, caramel pecan, white chocolate raspberry, fudge chocolate chunk.

Whole Roasted Chicken

  • Every Sunday, available all day
  • Whole roasted jidori-style chicken served with fresh focaccia bread.
