The Lobby Bar at Terranea Resort has a brand new menu with reimagined small plates, mixed cocktails, and sweet desserts.
The new menu at Terranea’s Lobby Bar features savory bites like the Red Wine Braised Pulled Pork Sliders with dried cherry, sweet potato jam, & celery root slaw on a soft bun, creative cocktails such as the Master + Commander made with Plymouth Dry Gin, Lillet Blanc, Cointreau, and Lucid Absinthe rinse, and unique desserts including Chef Perry’s Gold Medal Caramel Cheesecake Crème Brule served with seasonal berries and a guava reduction.
