New! mar’sel at Terranea Resort to Launch Brand New Brunch Service on Easter 2013 Weekend
Brunch is coming to mar'sel!! Just in time for the spring season, Chef Rebecca Merhej has announced a new weekend brunch service at mar’sel set to begin this Easter weekend. Keeping with the restaurant’s values, Merhej has created a brunch menu inspired by seasonal and handcrafted ingredients including house made breads, pastries, meats, and vegetables fresh from the garden. Along with classic brunch favorites like steak and eggs, blueberry pancakes, and a market vegetable omelet, the menu offers a selection of sandwiches and salads, a charcuterie board, smoked Pacific fish board, California cheese selections, and dessert, each with a special and thoughtful twist by Merhej.
"I am excited to introduce brunch at mar'sel,” says Merhej. “Working on the new menu has allowed me to create all new dishes using the local, in-season ingredients that mar'sel is known for in fun and innovative ways.”
Beginning on Saturday, March 30th, brunch at mar’sel will be served every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in addition to nightly dinner service from 5:30 – 10:00 p.m. Monday – Saturday and 5:30 – 9:30 p.m. on Sundays.
