I believe I now finally know (after many hotel visits) what a truly good hotel experience is supposed to be. Our time there from check-in to check-out could not have been better. Everyone we encountered was helpful, pleasant and professional. I'm afraid though that my jeans wouldn't fasten when we left because the food was simply outstanding-every item I had was impeccably prepared and beautifully served no matter where we ate.
