mar’sel’s dineLA dinner menu will feature the choice of five ‘small plates’. Options include Homemade Italian Sausage with peppers, onions, and toasted brioche bun, Fried Squash Blossoms with crispy chickpeas, lemon aioli, and romesco cheese, Chanterelle Mushroom and Barley “Risotto” with black truffle butter, and soft cooked egg, Grilled Spanish Octopus with chorizo, fried potatoes, preserved lemon, & salsa verde. Those with a sweet tooth can also select Caramel Pudding with fleur de sel, & sugar cookies, Fresh Strawberry Granita with whipped cream, & tangerine curd, or Milk Chocolate and Hazelnut Cremiuex with caramelized banana, frog hollow cherry, espresso & strawberry gelato.
Catalina Kitchen will feature a dineLA lunch menu and a dineLA dinner menu. For lunch, guests can select a first course from items such as Tuna Carpaccio with capers, olives, olive oil potatoes, & tarragon mustard vinaigrette or Asparagus with burrata, cilantro walnut pesto, & organic egg. Second choice options include Fiery Chicken, with chorizo flatbread, herb ricotta cheese, roasted tomatoes, cippolini onions, or Seared Salmon with gigantic white beans, avocado, fennel lobster salad. For the third course, guests can choose Chocolate Carmel Budino with brulee banana, vanilla cream, maldon sea salt, Lemon Olive Oil Cake, with strawberry gelato drizzled with almonds and honey comb honey, or Tiramisu
Dinner at Catalina Kitchen gives diners the option to select three courses from some of the following items: Seared Scallop with chorizo shallot fingerling hash, smoked red pepper rouille, Herb Roasted Baby Beets with burratta mozzarella, & prosciutto, Seared Mustard Crusted Ahi with tomato fondue, braised endive Red Wine Braised Short Ribs with potato gnocchi, roasted garlic spinach and ricotta salata, and Tiramisu
The dineLA menus at bashi will feature Bento Boxes for lunch and dinner with six dishes. Lunch items include Hoisin Baby Back Pork Ribs with peanuts, scallions, pickled vegetable cabbage, Miso Soup with tofu, wakame, green onions, and Shanghai Style Garlic Noodles with shrimp ,onion, bean sprouts, shitake mushroom, peppers, toasted garlic. Dinner items include Crispy Walnut Shrimp with honey glazed walnuts, and honeydew, Togarashi Spiced Ahi Sashimi with wakame, and ponzu, and Shaking Beef with tomatoes, garlic, chilies, onions, watercress, sea salt-pepper, and lime
