Catalina Kitchen and bashi to Participate in Los Angeles's Winter Restaurant Week, DineLA 2013
Catalina Kitchen will feature a dineLA lunch menu and a dineLA dinner menu. For lunch, guests can select a first course from items such as Buttermilk Fried Calamari with lemon, and roasted tomato garlic aioli or Butternut Squash Soup with bacon-bourbon and crème fraishe. Second choice options include Braised Short Rib Bolognaise with mushrooms, parpadella, and ricotta salata, or California Kale Chop Chop with warm jidori chicken, apples, and cumin goat cheese dressing. For the third course, guests can enjoy Caramel Cheese Cake Crème Brulee. ($25 per person).
Dinner at Catalina Kitchen gives diners the option of three courses from some of the following items: Grilled Eggplant Antipasto with parma prosciutto, marinate white beans, roasted tomatoes, artichokes, Spice Rubbed Brandt Rib Eye with garlic roasted broccolini, fingerling potatoes, sauce béarnaise, Lobster Linguini with rosemary tomatoes, baby arugula, and shaved parmesan, and Chocolate Mousse Pate. ($35 per person)
The dineLA menus at bashi will feature two courses for lunch and three courses for dinner. Lunch items include: Salt & Pepper Calamari with Siracha remoulade, BBQ Pork Steamed Buns, Shaking Beef with bok choy, Garlic Noodles with crispy tofu and more. ($25 per person)
Dinner items include Momokawa Sake Oyster Shooters, Crispy Tofu with black bean sauce, Chicken Katsu with garlic rice, Kiwi Cheesecake with tropical fruit relish, and Baked Milk Custard Tart with caramel banana sauce, and more. ($25 per person)
