New Restaurant bashi opens at Terranea Resort

We are delighted to announce Terranea’s brand new Asian inspired restaurant, bashi! bashi’s fresh menu, created by Chef Bruce Nguyen, celebrates Asian fare and highlights seasonal and locally harvested ingredients. While dining at bashi, guests will enjoy a casual, yet lively setting and a vibrant lunch and dinner menu. bashi’s contemporary ‘wok’ dishes include specialties such as Shanghai-Style Garlic Noodles and Five-Spice Roasted Duck Salad.  bashi’s one-of-a-kind kid’s menu includes an option for children to create their own ‘Lil’ Bento Boxes.

Bashi’s unique bar fuses Old World ingredients with craft mixology to create signature cocktails such as the “Bashi Hot & Sour,” featuring Whistle Pig Rye, TY KU Citrus Liqueur, fresh squeezed lime & lemon juices, Sriracha Chili and bacon.  Bashi’s bar also houses 17 selections of rice wine, soju, and an array of Asian beers.

Located adjacent to Terranea Resort’s main pool, bashi offers seating for 106 guests in an inviting setting accented by modern furnishings and a subtle blend of Asian design influences. bashi is open daily for lunch and dinner, from 11:00am to 10:00pm.
